Rehabilitation Center

The newly renovated Rehabilitation Center offers 24-hour Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services which includes, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy. Physicians including the Facility Medical Director, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrist, and Wound Care Physician provide onsite services and visits focusing on convenience and quality of life for each resident.  


The Rehabilitation Team strives to meet your care needs in a loving and compassionate environment.  



Our Rehabilitation Center is located at 2012 Sherwood Drive, Johnson City, TN.

East Tennessee District Caregiver of the Year

ACLC is honored to announce that our very own Mr. Eddie Triplett has been chosen by the Tennessee Health Care Association as the East Tennessee District Caregiver of the Year. 


There are over 300 Nursing Homes throughout the state of Tennessee that employ thousands of Health Care Professionals. Each year, only six individuals are chosen for this prestigious award.
